Return and exchange procedures

① After receiving the product, please contact us within 7 days by email with the following information:
○Name○Contact information/phone number○Email address○Product name○Reason for exchange or return○(In case of exchange)Desired product○(In case of return, refund of the difference in price)Bank account for refund

② We will send you the return address via email.
[Please also see the delivery note enclosed with the product]
*Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for returns due to their own reasons.
If the cause is our fault, such as a product defect, we will bear the costs.
In that case, you will need to return it by a method we will contact you about separately.


③After checking the product, we will ship the replacement product.
・We will cover the shipping costs for the exchanged product.
・If a refund is required, the difference will be transferred to your specified account.


Once the transfer is complete, you will be notified by email.
*If you exchange the item for your own reasons, you will be responsible for any bank transfer fees.
In addition, returns must be unused (not more than a trial period),
We assume that all accessories (tags, etc.) that were attached at the time of delivery are included.
